I live in Texas and got a ticket 2 months ago and was granted deferred disposition meaning that if i do not get another ticket with in 90 days it will be dismissed… however i just received another… i have heard of people paying a lawyer to possibly "work deals" with the judges to get something dismissed or reduced… anyone know what a lawyer could possibly do for me? Is it worth it?

Minor has court date set and is appointed court appointed attorney. Prior to court date minor gets married to an adult. Is minor still entitled to court appointed attorney or does she now fall under different rules due to her husband being an adult?
I have to write a 3 page essay on any Supreme Court case dealing with Bill of Rights, or a Supreme Court case that led to the incorporation of a new Amendment, so because of this I need a case that will me give lots and lots of material, anyone, any ideas.
Not specific date just a big case.
